clothing conversion guide

I need to know about size conversions?

there are lot of sizing numbers, U.K, European, American if someone can guide me to a conversion table between all . I need that for all types of clothes (shirts, pants, dresses, tee shirts, shoes,…)
I know that would be a heel of an answer but I need it bad, I enter to clothes shop that use one type of sizing and wander confused how to buy a thing for someone who is not around to test

shirt sizes run the same in all countries, XS,S,M,L,XL
suit sizes (jackets too) run the same everywhere, they start at 36-38 and go up to somewhere in the fifties…
mens jeans are always measured by waist size (28-38 is what most stores carry, though some have 26 as well,)
womans jeans can run this way as well, this is the inches of your waist, womans jeans start at around 23-24 and go up to 32-34.
in north america there is womans and juniors sizing as well. juniors sizing is odd numbers, womans is even, so whatever size in womans that fits, then one size down in juniors is exactly the same (ex. a size 1 is the same as a size 2)
heres how womans and juniors sizing converts to waist sizes
23-00
24-0
25-(no conversion, in between size)
26-1/2
27-3/4
28-5/6
29-7/8
30-9/10
31-11/12
32-13/14

In the UK sizes run in womans, but 4 sizes up, so an american 0 is a UK 4. an american 2 is a uk 6. etc etc.
dresses tend to run the same as pants at less expensive stores, but higher end ones run smaller.
theres always differences between brands, so check that brands size chart before buying, so can google size chart conversions as well.
